After this period, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and we will provide a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription, minus a 20% administrative fee.

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days. However, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or bank and may take an additional 3-10 business days.

In the event of extended service unavailability (more than 24 hours of continuous downtime) not caused by scheduled maintenance, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the affected period or service credits, at our discretion.

Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any decision to issue a refund will be at our sole discretion.
